Ece, founder-manager of EELC, has 14 years’ long extensive work experience in legal counselling, litigating and IP consultancy services.
Ece is member of Istanbul Bar Association since 2010.
She is qualified trademark and patent attorney and is registered as trademark attorney before Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.
Ece is a court appointed expert witness in IP cases.
She is also certified legal translator (Eng-Tr).
Ece has bachelor and master’s degree from reputable universities, as follows:
Istanbul Bilgi University, School of Law, LL.M. (Master of Law) degree in Business Law – 2019
Approved master thesis in the subject of “The Restrictions on Trademark Right” – 2019.

Legal Counselling
Ece is experienced in handling all kinds and phases of legal actions including developing legal strategies, advising clients, litigating and pursuing lawsuits, prosecutions; drafting and negotiating complex contracts, undertakings; handling dispute management and resolution including mediation and arbitration.

IP Consultancy & Brand Management
Ece is an experienced IP strategist. She supports clients not only to grant, but also to protect and enforce their intellectual and industrial property rights and implement strategies for Turkish market, in line with local and global commercial dynamics. She provides her clients with full service in brand protection, she initiates and pursue all types of IP prosecutions related procedures handled before Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. She supports her clients in tackling counterfeiting and reaching quick and satisfying solutions. She is an experienced IP litigator. She specializes in either challenging or defending various aspects of intellectual property rights in IP courts and she brings her 14 years’ long trial-tested experience to complex IP matters.

ADVISOR
Tristan Postal, a Paris based counsellor, provides EELC, with business advisory support, related to our domestic and international operations – in particular regarding Banking and Financial matters.
Tristan brings to EELC his solid international business understanding and experience, he gained especially after serving in crucial positions, 12 years, in various regions of the world. Tristan has 5 years of experience in Business Consulting in Sao Paulo; 4 years in Economic Diplomacy for France in Ottawa, 2 years in Private Banking in Geneva and 3 years as Financial Consultant in Genoa, Italy.
He is now the CEO and Founder of TFP BS Consulting & Banking Services, based in Paris and mainly operating in Istanbul, Sao Paulo, Geneva and Luxembourg, as well.
Tristan is graduated from the University of Ottawa, Honours Bachelor of Commerce. He has a Certificate of Excellency in Portuguese Language. He also pursued specialization courses in Public Finance at the Université de Lausanne, Switzerland.
Tristan speaks French, Portuguese, English and Italian.
